Pre-Sales Support

  • Requirements Analysis:  Let us assist you with identifying the solution that best fit your needs. We do the research for you and match with the HP solution most compatible to your needs.
  • Product Obsolescence:  The product that you have been historically ordering will eventually become obsolete.  We can assist you with identifying a replacement that has the same functionality and in most cases at a lower cost.
  • Pricing:  We can negotiate better pricing through HP/Compaq’s Toss Case/Big Deal Program.  The Toss Case/Big Deal price list has products that are discounted beyond the already discounted NC State Term Contract prices.  We customize a discount structure based on your organizations needs.
  • Submit Quotes:  Our quotes are valid for up to 30 days after quote is generated.

Post-Sales Support

  • Monitor Order: We will keep you up-to-date as to the arrival of your purchase.
  • Assist with DOA’s, wrong parts, wrong orders, RMA’s (Return Materials Authorization), and any other problems you may run into when your order arrives.
  • Provide Technical Support Services.
  • We will be your first point of contact for any updates, upgrades, including break and fix services.
  • Keep you updated and assist with any promotional programs you may be eligible for (i.e. LearningPaq’s Program, rebates, points).
